Network Analyst - Level 3

<p><b>Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience in 3rd Line network support</li><li>Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies (NSX, Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper)</li><li>Experience with load balancers and authentication technologies</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>ITIL process knowledge and experience in a NOC or multi-customer environment</li></ul>

<ul><li>Provide advanced technical support and fault management for customer environments</li><li>Deliver technical projects and manage escalations</li><li>Mentor 2nd Line analysts to enhance team capability</li><li>Support service integration and design for new customers</li><li>Implement proactive improvements and tooling integration</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to security policies</li></ul>
