Principal Systems Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Extensive experience in Systems Engineering</li><li>Strong knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices</li><li>Proficient in Enterprise Architect or similar software</li><li>Experience in leading outsourced MBSE activities</li><li>Ability to support key systems engineering processes throughout the product lifecycle</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills with project teams, including System Design Authority and Engineering Managers</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities for complex challenges</li><li>Experience in change and project/engineering management</li><li>In-depth understanding of engineering delivery project and bid requirements</li></ul>

<ul><li>Provide senior technical leadership for systems engineering processes</li><li>Offer guidance and support to the systems engineering team and MBSE users</li><li>Lead MBSE outsourced activities with industry specialists</li><li>Support delivery of key systems engineering processes across product lifecycle</li><li>Collaborate closely with project teams, including Systems Engineers and Engineering Managers</li><li>Make significant contributions to bids and projects using expertise and knowledge</li><li>Represent ATLAS UK internally and externally on systems engineering matters</li><li>Promote efficient and consistent systems engineering practices</li><li>Develop and implement relevant tools and processes</li><li>Support the delivery of the engineering divisional strategy</li></ul>
