Senior Software Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle with experience delivering complex software systems</li><li>Experience contributing to and influencing systems architecture and design</li><li>Proficiency with Java, Spring, and React</li><li>Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)</li><li>Strong background in Agile software engineering practices (Scrum, CI/CD, BDD)</li><li>Experience using Git, GitLab, and Jira to manage and drive development</li><li>Security Clearance: SC clearance (or eligibility) required</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Supporting the delivery of advanced software projects across multiple technology areas, including RF/Optical Communications, RADAR/Electronic Warfare, GNSS, Cyber/Crypto-Security, and Joint Air, Land and Maritime domains</li><li>Designing, developing, and testing high-quality software in line with industry best practice</li><li>Applying your expertise across the full software development lifecycle</li><li>Contributing to and influencing systems architecture and technical design decisions</li><li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customer-facing delivery teams</li><li>Championing modern development practices to enable efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes</li><li>Building strong relationships within the customer community to support ongoing programmes and future growth</li></ul>
