Signavio Specialist / Administrator
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>2-5 years experience in SaaS or SAP administration (Signavio preferred)</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Suite administration</li><li>Experience with workspace management, access control, and configuration</li><li>Understanding of BPMN 2.0 and governance frameworks</li><li>Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, or Solution Manager integrations</li><li>Strong background in SSO/IDP configuration and authorization models</li><li>Knowledge of SaaS security, compliance standards, and data governance</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities</li><li>Ability to work effectively with IT, business, and transformation teams</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload independently</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Administer the SAP Signavio Suite (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, Process Insights, Journey Modeler)</li><li>Manage user accounts, role-based access, groups, and license allocation</li><li>Maintain workspace configuration including folder structures, naming conventions, and taxonomy</li><li>Monitor platform health, performance, security, and availability</li><li>Manage versioning, approvals, and process publication workflows</li><li>Own platform maintenance including patches, upgrades, and feature enablement</li><li>Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements</li><li>Enforce access governance rules including Segregation of Duties (SoD)</li><li>Support vulnerability management and identity lifecycle controls</li><li>Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, and Process Insights</li><li>Support data pipelines for Process Insights and Process Intelligence</li><li>Coordinate with SAP Basis and integration teams to ensure connectivity and data integrity</li><li>Implement and enforce modelling standards, naming conventions, and governance policies</li><li>Maintain documentation for configuration, system architecture, security controls, and integrations</li><li>Monitor content quality, publishing discipline, and version control adherence</li><li>Support internal audits and compliance initiatives</li><li>Provide Level 2/3 support for Signavio-related issues</li><li>Manage user onboarding and offboarding workflows</li><li>Deliver training sessions and create user guides</li><li>Track usage and adoption trends and provide optimisation insights</li><li>Stay informed on SAP Signavio roadmap, releases, and best practices</li><li>Automate manual administrative workflows where possible</li><li>Collaborate with SAP CoE and business stakeholders to enhance the platform</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking a skilled SAP Signavio Administrator to own, manage, and optimise the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite across our enterprise in a 6-month contract position located in Yorkshire. You will collaborate with IT security, SAP Basis, business process owners, and transformation teams to ensure a secure, stable, and well-governed platform. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a competitive rate of £65-70 per hour, inside IR35 (umbrella contractors only).
