SNOC Agent (Security & Network Operations Centre)
<p><b>Salary: £150,000 - 150,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Must have an active DV Clearance</li><li>Experience supporting security or network operations within a SOC, NOC, or SNOC environment</li><li>Ability to triage alerts, follow incident processes, and work calmly under pressure</li><li>Strong understanding of maintaining service availability and security across multiple products or platforms</li><li>Confidence communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable working shifts in a 24/7 operational setting</li><li>Build operational expertise and play a key role in protecting critical services</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide continuous monitoring and alerting of security and network events within a combined SOC and NOC environment</li><li>Perform initial triage of security events, determine incident impact, and resolve issues where appropriate in line with agreed processes</li><li>Work on a shift rota to ensure full 24/7 coverage</li><li>Act as the primary entry point for account-related incidents</li><li>Follow defined escalation paths, ensuring incidents are passed to the correct resolver teams when required</li><li>Support medium complexity implementation activities</li><li>Contribute to maintaining service availability and security</li></ul>
