Technical Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>MCP or MCSE certification (Windows 2003-2012)</li><li>Relevant Degree, HND, or HNC in a technical discipline</li><li>Expert support experience for Windows Server (2003-2012) and OS builds for Windows 7/10</li><li>Strong knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, x400, and RS-232 networking</li><li>Management experience with enterprise backup/restoration (Oracle/AIX) and anti-virus/patching technologies</li><li>Specialized support for MS SQL Server, Web Server products, and multi-user database applications like the ICE system</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide 3rd line technical support for the onsite helpdesk</li><li>Manage the onsite Citrix Service Farm</li><li>Plan and supervise maintenance and installation work with contractors and system architects</li><li>Perform system performance investigations and capacity analysis</li><li>Participate in the on-call rota as required</li></ul>

In this role, you will provide second and third-line technical support, manage capacity, and proactively monitor our IT infrastructure.
