Technical Analyst - Third Line Support

<p><b>Salary: £41,600 - 52,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Degree or IT Qualification</li><li>Strong understanding of LAN and WAN technologies including TCP/IP and DNS</li><li>Experience with supporting Microsoft server products</li><li>2nd and 3rd line support experience</li><li>Prior experience of working in public sector or NHS</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage 2nd and 3rd line technical support</li><li>Set up and fix central Windows servers</li><li>Manage digital platforms to facilitate remote work for staff</li><li>Address system alerts and maintain security software</li><li>Ensure all servers have the latest security updates installed</li></ul>
