IT Systems Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience in 3rd-line support</li><li>Ability to build Power Apps and work confidently with ERP, ideally Epicor data</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft security stack including Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD</li><li>Experience managing MSPs, including SLAs and ticket quality</li><li>Knowledge of baseline cyber frameworks such as Cyber Essentials and ISO</li><li>Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX fundamentals</li><li>Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms</li><li>Experience in application development with Power Apps or equivalent low-code platforms</li><li>Knowledge of REST API integration and UX best practices</li><li>SQL literacy, including views, joins, and performance awareness</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing concepts such as BOMs, routings, and work centres</li><li>Comfortable documenting systems and creating repeatable runbooks</li></ul>

<ul><li>Manage 3rd-line support and IT operations</li><li>Take ownership of escalations without simply passing tickets</li><li>Improve cybersecurity measures and reduce risks</li><li>Implement controls and ensure security is integrated into deliverables</li><li>Design a single source of truth for data using Power BI and Fabric</li><li>Develop internal and customer-facing applications using Power Apps</li><li>Integrate REST APIs and maintain a user-friendly experience</li><li>Document systems and processes for better knowledge capture</li><li>Create effective runbooks for team reference and operations</li><li>Extract and report ERP data for forecasting and analysis</li></ul>
