Oracle HCM Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in a functional or techno-functional capacity</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring and managing Oracle HCM modules</li><li>Experience providing first and second line application support within an HRIS environment</li><li>Strong experience raising, managing and escalating Service Requests with Oracle</li><li>Ability to work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions</li><li>Experience delivering system enhancements end to end, including design, configuration, testing and post-go-live support</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a small team</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Providing first and second line support for Oracle Cloud HCM users</li><li>Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues</li><li>Managing and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM modules on a hands-on basis</li><li>Raising and managing Service Requests with Oracle, including escalation where issues cannot be resolved in-house</li><li>Liaising with Oracle and other external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of incidents and defects</li><li>Gathering and understanding business requirements for system changes and enhancements</li><li>Configuring and implementing new Oracle HCM functionality to improve system capability</li><li>Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery of enhancements, from initial requirement through to implementation, testing and ongoing support</li><li>Supporting change management and ensuring enhancements are successfully adopted by users</li></ul>
