Application Analyst - Dynamics 365
<p><b>Salary: £29,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>3 years experience supporting Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service modules)</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Dynamics 365</li><li>Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse</li><li>Good understanding and experience using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)</li><li>Good understanding of IT support processes and service management</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience working in IT support within a busy environment, including remote user support</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (desirable)</li><li>ITIL Foundation (desirable)</li><li>MCP or equivalent qualification/experience (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the D365 lead for the business and be a point of contact for all related queries across business units and third parties</li><li>Provide technical support across the Dynamics 365 platform during and after implementation</li><li>Support integrations with other platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Finance Systems, payment gateways)</li><li>Work with third parties to deliver support and improvements to D365 services</li><li>Assist with configuration changes and minor enhancements to deliver new functionality</li><li>Manage releases across all D365 environments</li><li>Participate in testing and training activities</li><li>Collaborate with the internal project team and implementation partner to ensure system stability and user adoption</li><li>Help maintain documentation, user guides, and contribute to knowledge transfer</li><li>Assist with data governance, access control, and compliance monitoring</li></ul>
