PSA Engineer, Distribution ADMS
<p><b>Salary: £110,000 - 121,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Essential Skills: ADMS, DMS, Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Volt Var Control or IVVC, FLISR or FDIR, OMS</li><li>Desirable Skills: Direct experience installing, maintaining, or supporting ADMS products including DMS Applications, DNAF, OMS, Storm Assist, and DER</li><li>Ability to design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency</li><li>Experience with development of the ADMS product</li><li>Familiarity with User Interface, SCADA, and Modelling tools</li><li>Knowledge of Transmission and Distribution electrical grids</li><li>Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, Jasper Report, and Cassandra</li><li>Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, IP addressing, routing, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, firewalls, and switches</li><li>Knowledge of NERC CIP Standards</li><li>Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills</li><li>Effective communication skills to interface with customers and cross-functional teams</li><li>Positive attitude in stressful situations</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimum direction</li><li>Sets an example in terms of quality, consistency, and work ethic</li></ul>

<ul><li>Develop practical and innovative ways to meet business objectives</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive closure on customer issues regarding ADMS & AEMS products</li><li>Address customer issues and concerns related to ADMS applications such as SCADA, DMS, and OMS</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform in a timely manner</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve system performance issues</li><li>Provide ongoing support for defect management and conduct root cause analysis</li><li>Run scripts for FAT, SAT testing and analyze defects</li><li>Manage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups</li><li>Monitor replication performance and troubleshoot related issues</li><li>Design metamodels and data transformation for customer application needs</li><li>Work on model migration and conversion for advanced Power Systems Applications</li><li>Implement EMS, ADMS, and SCADA systems and lead application software development</li><li>Define functional software specifications and ensure on-schedule software delivery</li><li>Provide technical leadership to a team of electric power application software engineers</li></ul>
