Service Designer - Central Government

<p><b>Salary: £85,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience working as a Service Designer within Central Government</li><li>Strong knowledge of GDS and hands-on experience using the GOV.UK Design System</li><li>Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Ability to communicate service design concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders</li></ul>

<ul><li>Designing services within a large UK government organisation</li><li>Applying service design principles across complex, multi-channel services</li><li>Collaborating with product managers, user researchers, content designers, and developers</li><li>Mapping service journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement</li><li>Ensuring services meet GDS standards and best practice</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to support a large UK Central Government department on an initial 3-month contract.
