Field Service Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Excellent customer communication and service focus</li><li>Experience working in highways environments and applying health & safety standards</li><li>Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills</li><li>Understanding of quality management systems (ISO9001)</li><li>Willingness to obtain security clearance (mandatory)</li><li>Technical experience with networking, camera-based systems, or enforcement technologies (desirable but not essential)</li><li>Ideally from a highways, CCTV, or signals based background</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Install and maintain equipment on customer sites across the UK</li><li>Complete site surveys and resolve faults within SLAs</li><li>Ensure accurate system and asset reporting</li><li>Support the design, installation, and maintenance of highways technology projects</li><li>Work on varied site-based projects, which may require overnight stays and unsociable hours</li></ul>
