ERP Administrator

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP system</li><li>Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings</li><li>Provide first- and second-line ERP support to users across the business</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolutions</li><li>Maintain accurate system and process documentation</li><li>Manage change control within the Acumatica ERP environment</li><li>Configure screens, workflows, reports, and dashboards</li><li>Support minor enhancements and ongoing process improvements</li><li>Assist with system testing and upgrades</li><li>Support data imports and exports</li><li>Work closely with internal departments to gather requirements</li><li>Liaise with external Acumatica partners and suppliers</li><li>Coordinate and communicate system changes effectively</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and support of our Acumatica ERP system. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a great opportunity to influence how this critical business system is utilized across the organization.
