Senior Reward and Global Mobility Analyst

<ul><li>Build advanced models for compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis</li><li>Create dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Excel) to inform leadership decisions</li><li>Support annual pay review, job architecture rollout, and process optimisation projects</li><li>Conduct benchmarking, bonus modelling, and market competitiveness analysis</li><li>Partner with vendors to deliver seamless global mobility experiences and cost control</li></ul>
