UI Developer - Poplar
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong UI/front-end engineering background, with deep expertise in Angular</li><li>OpenFin experience</li><li>Proven experience building financial or trading UIs</li><li>.NET or Java experience (bonus)</li><li>Python exposure, particularly for analytics-heavy workflows</li><li>Experience modernizing or replacing legacy trading systems</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design, develop and improve software using various engineering methodologies</li><li>Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools</li><li>Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers</li><li>Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality</li><li>Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to the organizations technology communities</li><li>Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities</li><li>Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design and reliability</li><li>Advise and influence decision making, contributing to policy development</li><li>Lead a team performing complex tasks, or guide team members through structured assignments</li></ul>
