Solution Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience working as a Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.</li><li>Strong background in cloud-native development, ideally within the Azure ecosystem.</li><li>Professional experience with C# and/or Python.</li><li>Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.</li><li>Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing.</li><li>Solid grasp of solution architecture principles including scalability, security, and performance.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior stakeholders.</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Partner with senior architects to ensure Solutions Engineer deliverables are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.</li><li>Design and develop proof-of-concepts and prototype solutions supporting both strategic and operational initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver group-level digital programmes.</li><li>Champion modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, version control, and agile delivery.</li><li>Develop reference architectures, solution templates, and implementation playbooks.</li><li>Act as a technical advisor, supporting adoption of new technologies across diverse teams.</li></ul>
