<ul><li>5 years of experience in Security Operations (SecOps) implementation</li><li>Proven experience developing on ServiceNow</li><li>At least 1 implementation of Security Incident Response (SIR)</li><li>Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR)</li><li>Strong analytical skills to understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments</li><li>Experience running technical workshops</li><li>Ability to create technical designs and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices</li></ul>
