Staff Engineer (Oracle MOM)
<p><b>Salary: £42,000 - 82,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>9 years of experience as an Engineer in a Retail domain or related occupation</li><li>Strong background in Oracle Technologies</li><li>Expertise in designing and implementing Oracle retail modules (ONPREM/SaaS) customizations within MFCS</li><li>Experience in agile software development</li><li>Demonstrated technical thought leadership in customer-facing situations</li><li>Familiarity with ORACLE SaaS Merchandise Foundation, Price Hub & Sales Audit offerings</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Pro C, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and shell script</li><li>Knowledge of database query languages such as Oracle performance, EXA, etc.</li><li>Presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Ability to define Architectural and Design guard rails for efficient design and development processes</li></ul>

<ul><li>Provide analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Present findings with a high degree of comfort in both large and small settings</li><li>Demonstrate extensive knowledge in Oracle Retail and Retail domain design</li><li>Work on a wide range of Integration patterns</li><li>Ensure successful hands-on programming execution</li><li>Collaborate effectively within a large organization with multiple stakeholders</li></ul>
