Data Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in designing and building data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern technologies (Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver business value</li><li>Experience integrating data from multiple sources and systems</li><li>Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li><li>Awareness or experience with financial concepts, especially in banking or cash management (preferred)</li><li>Experience supporting predictive analytics or machine learning workflows (preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in financial services (preferred)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for collecting, transforming, and delivering data across systems</li><li>Ensure data quality, reliability, and timeliness throughout the pipeline</li><li>Develop secure and efficient solutions for data movement between internal and external systems</li><li>Work with both structured and unstructured data sources</li><li>Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings in a business-friendly format</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for impactful analysis</li><li>Provide clean, well-structured data to support predictive models and algorithms for cash forecasting and fund movement</li><li>Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions</li><li>Document processes and share knowledge with team members</li></ul>
