Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Consultant
<p><b>Salary: £130,000 - 136,500 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion</li><li>Expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations</li><li>Fast Formula development and debugging</li><li>Experience with HCM Extracts</li><li>Knowledge of BI Publisher reporting</li><li>Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge</li><li>Familiarity with Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations</li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry and approvals, absence plans, accruals, and carryover rules, overtime, shifts, and work schedules</li><li>Configure Time and Absence features including time card layouts and rules, absence types and plans, accrual and eligibility formulas, and approval workflows</li><li>Conduct functional testing, provide UAT support, and manage production deployments</li><li>Provide functional guidance to business users and HR stakeholders</li><li>Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts</li><li>Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Time and Absence, accruals, and eligibility</li><li>Support and design integrations using HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher reports</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time calculations, accrual errors, and integrations</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, security roles, and data migration</li><li>Support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, third-party time systems, and absence vendors</li><li>Collaborate with business teams to provide functional requirements documentation, configuration, and testing support</li><li>Prepare support documentation such as SOPs, issue RCA, and functional design documents</li></ul>
