Product Owner
<p><b>Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English</li><li>Communication skills in French beneficial but not essential</li><li>Experience of working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Specific accreditation on relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce) beneficial</li><li>Working knowledge of dependency between logistics, sales & purchasing required</li><li>Ability to demonstrate value creation by identifying problems, prioritizing alternatives, and implementing solutions</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of Tech Sourcing technology using relevant industry sources</li><li>Skills to develop best practice policies and procedures for usage standards</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the broader IT market and ability to articulate key trends beneficial but not essential</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design & deliver to the defined global system vision</li><li>Define global usage standards of these tools across the group</li><li>Evaluate impact to business performance throughout design and delivery phases</li><li>Ensure continual improvement of business as usual (BAU) in-life systems</li><li>Support existing system owners with the development roadmap for tools and provide recommendations for improvements</li><li>Assist with app enhancement activities for all systems</li><li>Assess app enhancement requests for all systems</li><li>Provide oversight of development, backlog, testing, and release for agreed app enhancements</li><li>Ensure alignment of system functionality to legislative requirements</li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Review business communications and training collateral for relevant systems</li><li>Input to project managers to support effective project planning</li><li>Contribute to cutover and go-live planning</li><li>Provide input into hypercare plan and resourcing requirements</li></ul>
