<ul><li>Ownership of IT infrastructure, systems, and security</li><li>Hands-on support and administration across Microsoft 365, networking, servers, backups, and endpoints</li><li>Managing third-party suppliers and MSPs</li><li>Leading IT projects from planning through to delivery</li><li>Driving cyber security standards and ISO 27001 readiness</li><li>Acting as the primary IT point of contact for the business</li></ul>

<p>We are recruiting an IT Manager for our well-established, well-regarded business based in Boston. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you will take ownership of IT systems, infrastructure, and projects, working closely with our team to deliver tangible improvements. You will lead two major projects in your first year: the implementation of a new VoIP phone system and the delivery of ISO 27001, with an external audit scheduled for April. We offer a base salary of up to £47,500 with a £7,500 bonus linked to project delivery, along with flexibility in salary, bonus, and car/EV options. Our working pattern is fully on-site, Monday to Friday, with occasional ad-hoc flexibility.</p>
