Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant
<p><b>Salary: £130,000 - 136,500 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion</li><li>Expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll module implementations</li><li>Proficient in Fast Formula (Payroll, Element, Proration, Retro)</li><li>Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher</li><li>Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs</li><li>Familiarity with HDL and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge</li><li>Preferred: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification</li><li>Preferred: Experience with multi-country or global payroll implementations</li><li>Preferred: Knowledge of local statutory payroll rules (country-specific)</li><li>Preferred: Experience in AMS/production support environments</li><li>Preferred: Exposure to Finance and GL integrations</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts</li><li>Gather and analyze payroll business requirements, including earnings, deductions, and statutory components</li><li>Manage payroll calendars, periods, and consolidation groups</li><li>Oversee pre-payments, costing, and payment methods</li><li>Handle retro-pay, balances, and year-end processing</li><li>Configure payroll components such as payroll definitions and payroll relationships</li><li>Maintain element entries, classifications, and eligibility</li><li>Manage balances, balance feeds, and dimensions</li><li>Oversee payroll costing and GL integration</li><li>Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, and go-live activities</li><li>Provide functional expertise to HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders</li><li>Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts</li><li>Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, earnings, and deductions</li><li>Design and support integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports</li><li>Manage REST/SOAP APIs for various integration purposes</li><li>Troubleshoot payroll issues related to calculations, balances, costing, and payments</li><li>Support data migration and ongoing data loads using HDL and HSDL</li></ul>
