Technical Implementation Specialist

<ul><li>Strong technical aptitude with experience in configuration management and basic familiarity with AWS services.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to validate complex setups against client requirements.</li><li>Skilled in stakeholder communication, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and internal development teams.</li><li>Comfortable working with templating languages (e.g. MJML) and internal tooling to deliver configured solutions.</li><li>Highly organized, capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues during onboarding and escalate effectively when needed.</li><li>Positive, client-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Produce and maintain tenant configuration files, ensuring secure management of technical secret sets.</li><li>Use internal tooling to create and manage custom email templates using MJML, supporting client-specific branding needs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal development teams to deliver tenant styling and branding in line with client requirements.</li><li>Test and validate demo and production tenants to confirm they meet agreed specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Provide hands-on support to clients during the initial onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of configuration processes and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding workflows.</li></ul>
