Salesforce Technical Architect
<p><b>Salary: £123,100 - 130,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of Salesforce hands-on experience in different Salesforce cloud platforms</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects</li><li>Strong background in cloud computing solutions, cloud computing strategy, system design, implementation, and management</li><li>Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations, including Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Flows, Permission Set, Profile, and SSO</li><li>Sound knowledge in Salesforce Security Model and Data Model</li><li>Implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, Knowledge Management</li><li>Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations in Salesforce</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Bulk API, etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions</li><li>Ability to make sound decisions under critical circumstances</li><li>Must have worked in agile teams, well-versed in agile framework sprints</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills with team members and UK customers</li></ul>

<ul><li>Liaise with key stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements</li><li>Transform business requirements into technical requirements</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution</li><li>Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customers technical business needs with Salesforce Solutions</li><li>Drive technical design and development for major components of focused solutions</li><li>Offer best practice advice and recommendations to clients, extending to overall systems architecture and CRM strategy</li><li>Collaborate with the Functional team to determine the best implementation solutions</li><li>Maintain overall knowledge of solution components outside the Salesforce platform</li><li>Ensure hands-on knowledge of Platform Security, PII data security, Authentication & Authorization Integration, Data Migration, and Deployment Strategy</li></ul>
