Zoho CRM Support Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Several years of experience working with Zoho One, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Analytics</li><li>Experience as a Zoho support analyst</li><li>Ability to provide user training on the Zoho suite</li><li>Proficiency in supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes, user account setup and permissions</li><li>Skills in configuring and supporting dashboards, CRM automation, and CRM customisation</li><li>Strong problem-solving capabilities for general admin and support issues</li><li>Excellent communication skills for working with users at all levels</li></ul>
