Control Tower SAP Key User

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential</li><li>Good PC skills, including Microsoft packages</li><li>Experience working with SAP WMS and Power BI</li><li>Experience in liaising with customers with problem-solving involvement</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Stakeholder management skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Ensure customer requirements are translated and reflected in the SAP system</li><li>Act as the contact between IT and warehouse operators managing import/export/stock and inventory</li><li>Test customer solutions presented by IT for effectiveness</li><li>Problem-solve complex issues that arise in the system</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand and support their needs</li><li>Manage inventory, cycle counting, and stock control</li><li>Analyze data within the system to identify improvements</li><li>Implement new customers into the warehouse</li><li>Report on test matrix</li><li>Collaborate with the SAP team in other countries for alignment</li><li>Provide support for warehouse operators</li><li>Present continuous improvement and process optimization solutions</li><li>Create and deliver training and development for the SAP Warehouse support team</li></ul>
