Solution Architect
<p><b>Salary: £24,500 - 42,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven pre-sales experience within a telecoms network environment</li><li>Strong understanding of operations and implementation</li><li>Working knowledge of technologies used across customer estates</li><li>Knowledgeable in network architecture and infrastructure including LAN and WAN</li><li>Solid understanding of LAN & WAN networking protocols and technologies, including switching, routing, and security</li><li>Ability to produce professional, well-structured documentation that is clear and concise</li><li>Understanding of Data Centre environments and application data flow is beneficial but not essential</li><li>Previous experience within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environment is highly advantageous</li><li>Eligible for, or already in possession of, security clearance</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Produce high-level solution overviews, technical responses, scopes, and deliverables</li><li>Develop pricing proposals for operational telecom solutions</li><li>Collaborate with client stakeholders, third-party partners, and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)</li><li>Capture and interpret customer requirements translating them into effective technical solutions</li><li>Propose scalable and repeatable solutions using existing portfolio services</li><li>Support quality assurance by promoting standardized design and implementation methodologies</li><li>Gather and prepare information for technical and commercial submissions as part of pre-sales activities</li><li>Prepare bills of materials and breakdown professional services requirements</li><li>Address contractual obligations to deliver comprehensive proposals</li></ul>
