Principal SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>12 years SAP consulting experience</li><li>Strong SAP Plant Maintenance background (ideally 5 years)</li><li>Proven end-to-end implementation delivery (greenfield and/or brownfield)</li><li>Strong experience across support environments</li><li>Confidence working in Agile style delivery</li><li>Solid ability to translate business requirements into standard SAP solutions, sensible workarounds and functional specs for build/enhancements</li><li>Excellent English and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple workstreams without drama</li><li>Nice extras (not essential): Oil & Gas and/or Automotive experience, Winshuttle, Prometheus or RPA exposure, SAP PS knowledge</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead assessment and blueprint workshops, shaping the solution, and driving delivery from blueprint through to go-live and stabilization</li><li>Play a key role as the functional integration lead, working closely across modules like MM, QM, CO, and PS</li><li>Produce clear documentation when needed, including functional specs, mapping, gap analysis, and process design</li><li>Support testing and cutover end-to-end (SIT/UAT planning, scripts, execution, go-live readiness)</li><li>Mentor junior consultants and support an offshore team (around 3-4 people)</li><li>Potential involvement in pre-sales activity (SME input, solution direction, championing best practices) depending on project pipeline</li></ul>
