SPM ServiceNow Developer
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field</li><li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer</li><li>At least 3 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the SPM module, and with good familiarity with ITSM and the general ServiceNow platform</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services</li><li>Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform primarily within the SPM module</li><li>Configure and customize the out-of-the-box system to meet business needs</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to various teams and individuals</li><li>Work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement requirements</li><li>Create and maintain integrations with other systems</li><li>Maintain Service Catalog Items</li><li>Configure the Strategic Planning and Project Management workspaces</li><li>Develop scripts and workflows to enhance automation and efficiency</li><li>Assist requesters in refining business requirement details</li><li>Gain knowledge of our overall ServiceNow implementation to identify cross-platform impacts</li><li>Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, and integrations</li><li>Work within the Agile methodology to develop, build, and test alongside other developers</li><li>Collaborate with implementation partners or internal project teams to implement new modules</li><li>Assist with regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure compliance and support</li></ul>
