Workday Integration Developer
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday HCM integrations - development, maintenance & support.</li><li>Proficiency with Workdays integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services (WWS).</li><li>Skills in integrating Workday with external systems, such as ERP and CRM.</li><li>Experience with Workday report writer and Payroll interfaces PECI & PICOF.</li><li>Knowledge of programming languages such as XSLT for data transformation and scripting languages like JavaScript or Groovy for custom integrations.</li><li>Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs to connect Workday with other systems and applications.</li><li>Familiarity with various data formats like XML, JSON, and CSV for data exchange and transformation.</li><li>Understanding of database concepts and SQL for managing and querying data.</li><li>Knowledge of security protocols and authentication methods, such as OAuth and SAML, to ensure secure data exchange.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and debug integration issues to ensure seamless operation.</li><li>Experience with testing and validating integrations to ensure they meet business requirements and work correctly.</li><li>Skills in managing changes to integration configurations and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Workday Integration certification is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of Workday integrations across multiple modules.</li><li>Workday Pro Certifications are a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience with requirements gathering, testing, validation, end-user training, troubleshooting, and support.</li><li>Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems.</li><li>Develop integration solutions that meet business needs by designing and configuring Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and WWS.</li><li>Create data mapping and transformation rules to ensure that data flows accurately between Workday and other systems.</li><li>Utilize RESTful and SOAP APIs for integrating Workday with external applications and systems, ensuring data is exchanged correctly.</li><li>Perform comprehensive testing of integrations to validate that they function correctly, handle errors appropriately, and meet business requirements.</li><li>Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support to ensure seamless operation while meeting SLA requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration designs, configurations, data mappings, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and compliance.</li><li>Work closely with functional consultants, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand integration needs, and ensure successful implementation.</li><li>Manage and implement changes to integrations, including updates and enhancements, while minimizing disruptions to existing systems.</li><li>Monitor the performance of integrations and address any performance issues to maintain efficient data flows.</li><li>Ensure that integrations comply with data security standards and organizational policies, implementing proper security measures and authentication protocols.</li><li>Ensure that Workday integrations are well-designed, reliable, and aligned with business processes and goals.</li><li>Lead and prioritize backlog with guidance from Product Management, Engineering, and Support/Operations.</li></ul>
