Cyber Security Resilience Manager
<p><b>Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>CISSP certification</li><li>GICSP certification</li><li>Knowledge and experience of cyber risk standards such as IEC62443</li><li>Leadership experience within a cyber security team</li><li>Experience working within complex matrix environments</li><li>Strong technical understanding across a broad range of security domains</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop and deliver a strategic programme for protective security aligned with the organisations cyber security objectives</li><li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate protective security into business strategy</li><li>Establish protective security policies, procedures and guidance relating to OES regulatory obligations</li><li>Support the design and implementation of protective controls across IT and OT environments, including identity and access management, security architecture, data protection and security awareness</li><li>Maintain oversight of relevant security controls across enterprise systems</li><li>Produce and maintain incident response plans relating to protective security</li><li>Support the management and coordination of protective security incidents</li><li>Lead and promote security awareness and training across the organisation</li><li>Encourage a culture of security accountability throughout the workforce</li><li>Work with physical security teams to ensure protective security requirements align with physical security controls</li></ul>
