OT Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £31,000 - 71,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Skilled, qualified and experienced in a comparable technical position with IT or OT applications, or other technical disciplines</li><li>Demonstrated technical knowledge of common applications and infrastructure environments (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare Virtualisation)</li><li>Understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) equipment and its connectivity to OT applications</li><li>Strong communicator with experience in documenting requirements and processes</li><li>Strong problem-solver focused on root-cause analysis</li><li>Experience working in an environment with safe working practices (ideally operational/production)</li><li>Understanding of lean manufacturing (not a prerequisite)</li><li>Knowledge of cyber security best practices and controls, and their application to improve security posture</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Maintain, monitor, configure, implement, and support OT applications used in manufacturing sites across the UK</li><li>Support diagnostics and troubleshooting of applications for continuous system functionality and reliability</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for OT systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with cyber security, audit, and regulatory standards</li><li>Implement cyber security measures and best practices to safeguard OT infrastructure and data integrity</li><li>Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and SOPs for OT applications and processes</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users</li><li>Develop and execute testing strategies, conduct regular tests, and performance evaluations</li><li>Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and technology partners for system upgrades and enhancements</li><li>Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making processes</li></ul>
