IT Systems Manager

<ul><li>Manage physical and cloud-based servers</li><li>Oversee internal networks and IT security</li><li>Administer firewalls, WiFi infrastructure, and managed switches</li><li>Manage phone, mobile, and printer contracts and services</li><li>Support multiple sites and remote users</li><li>Ensure systems availability, resilience, and performance</li><li>Respond effectively to IT issues in a time-sensitive environment</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Occasional travel to other business sites as required</li></ul>

In this role, you will have ownership of our critical IT infrastructure and systems across multiple sites, supporting both office-based teams and remote staff.
