SuccessFactors Solution Architect
<p><b>Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices</li><li>10 years of experience in SuccessFactors solution architecture and interface management</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive SuccessFactors system designs</li><li>Integrate SuccessFactors modules (LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM) and ensure seamless connectivity with other HR and enterprise systems</li><li>Hands-on experience in managing SuccessFactors interfaces, including Employee Central and Talent modules and third-party applications</li><li>Understanding of HR processes and data structures</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Employee Central, LMS, PMGM)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Oversee and guide system configuration, data migration, and deployment activities, ensuring solution quality, compliance, and scalability</li><li>Provide technical leadership, expertise, and mentorship to project teams throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle</li><li>Maintain SuccessFactors instance management documentation, implement best practices for instance reliability and uptime, coordinate instance refreshes, and ensure communication to stakeholders</li><li>Implement and enforce group policies, standards, and methodologies; ensure compliance with security, infrastructure, and data protection regulations, company policies, and industry best practices</li><li>Track system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with SAP support when necessary</li><li>Set up the interface technical architecture of SuccessFactors and external systems, including payroll, finance, and third-party applications</li><li>Contribute to and maintain Technical Architecture Documents (TAD), technical specifications, integration mappings, and best practice recommendations</li><li>Actively participate in design workshops, involve the right stakeholders, supervise build activities, and ensure delivery of interfaces on time, within budget, and to quality standards</li><li>Ensure unit testing is completed by integrators and participate in integration testing with third-party application owners</li><li>Contribute to post go-live/hypercare support of interfaces and ensure secure operation by monitoring and troubleshooting issues with relevant stakeholders</li></ul>
