Business Central Developer
<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>3 years hands-on AL development (Business Central)</li><li>5 years in the Microsoft ecosystem (BC, Power Platform, Azure, M365)</li><li>Strong experience with DevOps, Git workflows, and CI/CD</li><li>Proven integration experience with Dataverse and Power Platform</li><li>Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and security</li><li>Confident communicator with true end-to-end ownership mindset</li><li>MB-820 certification (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Nice to have: AppSource preparation experience</li><li>Nice to have: Power BI with BC/Dataverse</li><li>Nice to have: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management</li><li>Nice to have: SOLID / DDD / event-driven architecture</li><li>Nice to have: Power Platform or AI certifications (PL-200 / PL-400)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Leading end-to-end delivery of Business Central solutions (discovery, design, build, deploy, optimise)</li><li>Designing and building high-quality AL extensions (per-tenant and AppSource-ready)</li><li>Integrating Business Central with Dataverse, Power Platform, and external APIs</li><li>Owning DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub)</li><li>Driving best practice in AL coding, performance, testing, and upgradeability</li><li>Applying Copilot and AI agent solutions to improve productivity and UX</li><li>Providing senior-level technical guidance and Tier-3 support when needed</li></ul>
