SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>At least 2-3 Employee Central end-to-end implementations</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Custom MDF and Standard MDF objects creation, configuration UI, data models, provisioning settings, and provisioning jobs</li><li>Good knowledge of position management, position-to-job sync, auto generation of codes, custom UI, position types, and position org chart</li><li>Hands-on experience in configuration of workflows, alerts, business rules, custom email notifications, and custom letter generation</li><li>In-depth experience in event reason derivation</li><li>Excellent knowledge of role-based permissions-groups and roles with country-specific criteria</li><li>Experience in global assignments and concurrent employment</li><li>Good knowledge of foundation objects, HRIS elements configuration, HRIS sync mapping, and dynamic filters</li><li>Excellent knowledge in time-off and leave of absence configuration, time types, time profiles, and absence management</li><li>Excellent knowledge in custom hire templates creation with custom sections</li><li>Good knowledge of contingent worker configuration with work orders, vendors, and workflows</li><li>Knowledge in dependent management, addresses, work permit, and global and personal information blocks creation</li><li>Excellent knowledge of data migration of foundation and MDF objects and employee data</li><li>Hands-on experience with cutover planning and activities</li><li>Hands-on experience with test strategy, data migration strategy, instance strategy documents, UAT plan, SIT plan, WBS, BPML, and project plan creation</li><li>Good knowledge of system integration testing, including creation of test scenarios, test scripts, and test results</li><li>Hands-on experience in theme management, home page customization, header and background customization, and people profile customization</li><li>Experience with configuration transport center, instance refresh, and release management IAS / IPS configuration with Azure AD and IAM with SSO setup</li><li>In-depth configuration knowledge in story reports, ad hoc reports, and canvas reports</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Employee Central processes and best practices</li><li>Good understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management modules, especially recruitment, onboarding, learning management, and compensation</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification</li><li>EC Time-Off certification and experience (good to have)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and manage full lifecycle integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements for SuccessFactors implementation and integration</li><li>Oversee incident, change, and service request management, ensuring resolution within agreed SLA timelines and adherence to ITIL methodology</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for system upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring platform availability</li><li>Maintain up-to-date project documentation, validation records, and knowledge databases in alignment with customer quality standards</li><li>Provide regular status updates and present findings to customers during meetings</li><li>Recommend service improvements and process enhancements</li></ul>
