<p><b>Salary: £104,000 - 117,600 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>ServiceNow System Administrator Certification</li><li>ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification</li><li>Experience working with ServiceNow domains</li><li>SC cleared or eligibility to get it</li><li>Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Core and Platform modules</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and scripting for ServiceNow customisation</li><li>Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies</li><li>Experience with workflow design, integrations, and performance tuning</li><li>Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable</li><li>At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience</li><li>Background in troubleshooting and optimising workflows and scripts</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)</li><li>Strong process management & project management skills</li><li>Exposure to incident/problem/change management and service catalog development</li></ul>

<ul><li>Monitor platform health and performance; apply patches and upgrades</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating to ServiceNow support when necessary</li><li>Ensure compliance with organisational standards and security policies</li><li>Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)</li><li>Develop workflows, forms, and scripts to automate processes</li><li>Manage notifications, UI pages, and dashboards</li><li>Create and manage user roles, groups, and ACLs</li><li>Maintain CMDB health and data integrity</li><li>Implement ITIL best practices for service management</li><li>Analyse current processes and propose automation opportunities</li><li>Support agile development and iterative enhancements</li><li>Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base</li><li>Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders</li><li>Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules</li></ul>
