Senior Software Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in software development, including test-driven and behaviour-driven design methodologies</li><li>Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Web API, and advanced front-end and back-end technologies</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles</li><li>Experience working with Azure or equivalent cloud services</li><li>Excellent team player with strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills</li><li>Willingness to collaborate and share ideas, regardless of matching experience</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and support the software team in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions</li><li>Ensure technical integrity across user interfaces, back-end API services, mobile apps, and cloud services</li><li>Champion module design and feasibility plans for successful implementation across product ranges</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and recommend solutions</li><li>Provide clear technical updates and articulate proposals to project and management teams</li><li>Mentor and support team members, communicating technical changes and impacts</li><li>Review requirements, specifications, and designs to assure product quality</li><li>Enhance tools and workflows, recommending improvements</li><li>Investigate and resolve software defects promptly</li><li>Coordinate and deploy new builds for release candidates</li><li>Ensure effective development testing, including Unit, Integration, Performance, Stress, and Automation Testing</li><li>Contribute to decisions on overall software architecture</li><li>Champion the code review process and ensure timely feedback resolution</li><li>Build strong relationships with engineers, providing direction and support</li></ul>
