Technical Lead
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>ArcGIS experience</li><li>Hexagon knowledge</li><li>Hexagon Geospatial Portal proficiency</li><li>Oracle Spatial database experience</li><li>.Net expertise</li><li>10 years experience in Application support/maintenance in the Telecom domain</li><li>Good understanding of ITIL processes</li><li>Experience in leading a team</li><li>Knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP, and Kubernetes</li><li>Understanding of Java and willingness to learn new technologies</li><li>Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting</li><li>SQL and PL/SQL knowledge</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Understanding of L2 and L3 operations in OSS, B2B, Wholesale, and Corporate domains</li><li>Experience in root cause analysis and problem management of recurring issues</li><li>Ability to create workarounds for junior team members</li><li>Experience in change management, planning, coordination, and deployment in pre-prod and production environments</li><li>Responsible for CSIP and automation of manual jobs/activities</li><li>Experience in analyzing vulnerabilities and progressing vulnerability fixes</li><li>Capacity management experience</li><li>Experience in disaster recovery activities and failover testing</li><li>Ability to create SOPs for L1 and L2 junior resources</li></ul>
