Senior Consultant (Finance Software Implementations)
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong background in the construction industry</li><li>Solid financial/commercial experience</li><li>Experience as a quantity surveyor or finance/accounting professional</li><li>Knowledge of UK construction accounting and commercial processes (CIS, valuations, applications for payment, retentions)</li><li>Strong change management skills including stakeholder engagement and communications planning</li><li>Confident project management skills, including scoping delivery and budgeting</li><li>Ability to turn operational needs into clear system designs and reports</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li><li>Collaborative mindset with a passion for customer success</li><li>Nice to have: experience line-managing junior consultants</li><li>Nice to have: proven experience implementing construction-related software</li><li>Nice to have: experience with integrations between finance/ERP and field/project tools</li><li>Nice to have: exposure to UK GAAP, HMRC reporting, and MTD</li><li>Nice to have: prior work with Sage Intacct Construction</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead stakeholders through change and facilitate decision-making</li><li>Plan communications and training tailored to different audiences</li><li>Own end-to-end delivery including scoping, solution design, testing, and go-live</li><li>Manage effective project rhythms and keep delivery on time and on budget</li><li>Build practical dashboards and reporting for decision-making</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on project accounting and procurement</li><li>Translate construction needs into robust system designs and workflows</li><li>Measure outcomes and iterate for lasting results</li><li>Guide configuration and oversee data migration with integrity</li><li>Coordinate integrations with common UK construction tools</li><li>Conduct line management for junior consultants and mentor the team</li><li>Contribute to playbooks and present at customer forums</li></ul>
