Backend Engineer

<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A good understanding of back-end programming languages: Java, C++, Node.js, Python, C</li><li>The desire to solve complex technical problems, helping our customers achieve their goals</li><li>Aspiration to learn new skills and improve personal knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of cloud engineering such as AWS, Docker, Microservices is desirable but not essential</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team, knowledge share, and engage with Agile methodologies</li><li>Eligibility for UK Government SC clearance is required</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Designing, coding, testing, correcting, and documenting software</li><li>Assisting in the implementation of software for information or communications systems</li><li>Providing accurate estimates of development effort needed for software from specifications</li><li>Focusing on data processing</li><li>Working on AWS Cloud infrastructure</li><li>Mentoring junior level developers</li></ul>
