Data Center Technician
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in data centre or on-prem compute environments</li><li>Practical experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)</li><li>Solid understanding of server hardware, firmware, and asset lifecycle management</li><li>Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)</li><li>Windows and/or Linux server administration experience</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Operate and maintain data centre compute infrastructure (physical servers, racks, blades, HCI)</li><li>Install, upgrade, and maintain physical server hardware</li><li>Support virtualised platforms and resolve VM-related issues</li><li>Rack and stack servers</li><li>Support both Windows and Linux server environments</li><li>Handle hardware faults, firmware updates, and supplier RMAs</li></ul>
