IT Support Technician
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting experience in IT support</li><li>Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to clearly explain technical issues</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Server OS</li><li>Familiarity with Office 365 and Hybrid Domain</li><li>Knowledge of ERP and Service Desk environments (incident, request, change enablement, problem management)</li><li>Experience with network monitoring tools, SD WAN, managing switches and routers</li><li>Understanding of wireless networks and networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies</li><li>Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction</li><li>Full driving licence</li><li></li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and chat</li><li>Log, triage, and manage incidents and requests in the ITSM system</li><li>Provide basic to advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership</li><li>Support workstation setup, user onboarding, and account management</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and improve services</li><li>Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base updates</li><li>Assist with system maintenance tasks and root cause analysis</li><li>Mentor junior analysts and support service desk process improvements</li><li></li></ul>
