Site Reliability Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong, hands-on Terraform experience in production environments</li><li>Proven experience operating and improving cloud-based platforms</li><li>Confidence making architectural and operational decisions</li><li>Ability to mentor others and raise the technical bar of the team</li><li>Deep experience with container platforms or managed Kubernetes (useful, but not required)</li><li>Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog (useful, but not required)</li><li>Knowledge of GitOps practices and strong documentation habits (useful, but not required)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Take a senior, hands-on role in shaping the platform and guiding technical direction</li><li>Design and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform as a first-class practice</li><li>Improve platform reliability, scalability, and security posture</li><li>Work closely with development teams to enable safe, efficient delivery</li><li>Lead by example on observability, incident analysis, and operational discipline</li><li>Help define and embed SRE best practices as the team grows</li></ul>
