<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status (essential)</li><li>Strong IT fundamentals across cloud, security, networking, or data</li><li>Confidence delivering training to entry-level and career-switcher audiences</li><li>A clear and engaging delivery style</li><li>A supportive, learner-focused approach</li><li>Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring (preferred)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Deliver engaging classroom-based and live online training sessions</li><li>Deliver Microsoft fundamentals training, including AZ-900, SC-900, DP-900, and AI-900</li><li>Provide introductory training in Networking and SQL</li><li>Conduct 1-to-1 learner support sessions to reinforce learning and confidence</li><li>Support learners with labs, study guidance, and progression planning</li><li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience</li><li>Provide training-aligned learner support during non-class hours, including lab guidance and assistance</li></ul>
