Solution Architect - Network Automation

<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems)</li><li>Proven experience in RAN automation, transport network automation, and end-to-end service orchestration</li><li>Familiarity with service assurance frameworks and zero-touch automation principles</li><li>Understanding of AI/ML-driven operations and data analytics in telecom environments</li><li>Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements</li><li>Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills</li><li>Exposure to Agile methodologies and business analysis best practices</li></ul>

<ul><li>Gather and analyse business requirements for network automation projects across Fixed, RAN, transport, and core networks</li><li>Define functional specifications for end-to-end service orchestration and assurance in both fixed & mobile domains</li><li>Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design automation workflows and integration points</li><li>Support initiatives like zero-touch automation, leveraging Data and AI/ML-driven operations for predictive and proactive network management</li><li>Document use cases, process flows, and integration requirements for automation platforms</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for Telecom OSS processes and their alignment with automation frameworks</li></ul>
