Data Protection Specialist, Hybrid
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar data protection/compliance role</li><li>Achieved Data Protection qualification, ideally CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT or AIGP or in progress</li><li>Good understanding of Microsoft</li><li>Able to work as an efficient team member and good communicator</li><li>Sound understanding of regulatory structure and process, regulations and their underlying principles</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the Data Protection Lead and Data Protection Manager in ensuring corporate compliance with Data Protection legislation</li><li>Play a key technical, advisory and influencing role to ensure that the company and the services it provides to its clients are compliant with Data Protection legislation</li><li>Review and maintain Data Protection owned regulatory policies, procedures and controls across the company</li><li>Draft and provide Data Protection training to staff as necessary</li><li>Support the delivery of the annual Compliance Plan for the company and its clients, incorporating the Data Protection Plan</li><li>Represent the Data Protection team at client committees</li><li>Investigate, prepare and disseminate data protection Management Information within the company and to clients</li><li>Assist with Incident Management</li><li>Complete required Data Protection Assessments including LIAs, DPIAs (including AI), TRAs, complete RoPAs, assist with advice for DSARs, due diligence for suppliers, etc.</li></ul>
