AI & Automation Transformation Lead
<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>15 years in Quality Engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles driving large-scale transformation.</li><li>Proven track record of implementing AI and automation strategies in enterprise environments.</li><li>Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to software testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), AI-based testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Preferred: Exposure to cloud-native testing, DevOps, and continuous quality practices.</li><li>Certifications in AI/ML or advanced test automation.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Define and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap to transition from conventional testing to AI-driven QE practices.</li><li>Align transformation initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Introduce and scale AI-powered testing solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation).</li><li>Drive automation maturity across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive tooling strategy for test automation, AI-based test optimization, and continuous quality.</li><li>Evaluate, select, and integrate best-in-class tools and platforms to support AI-enabled QE.</li><li>Lead cultural and skill transformation within the QE organization, fostering innovation and continuous learning.</li><li>Design and deliver enablement programs for upskilling teams on AI, ML, and advanced automation practices.</li><li>Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to embed quality into the development lifecycle.</li><li>Act as a thought leader and evangelist for AI-driven QE across the enterprise.</li><li>Define KPIs to measure transformation success (e.g., automation coverage, defect leakage, cycle time reduction).</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and ROI.</li></ul>
